Not only is Michael an extremely knowledgeable and professional real estate agent, but he is an amazing real estate coach and mentor. Michael helped me navigate several tough situations in a fast moving and tough market and I am so thankful! Like any good coach, Michael would sometimes give me advice that I didn't want to hear, but that I really needed to hear in order to attain the best outcome. Michael has the wonderful ability to give his clients tough love, but with the candor and kindness of your favorite uncle. For example, Michael suggested some small improvements/renovations on the home I was selling. I will be honest that I initially argued with Michael about it and was hesitant to spend the effort to make the changes he suggested (as you know selling/buying a home is already exhausting without additional work). Luckily, I listened to Michael and the results were amazing. I am absolutely sure the renovations Michael suggested helped me attain a wonderful offer the very first day of my open house. I will be the first to say that I was so wrong and Michael was so right! Michael is an absolute real estate guru and I am so glad I listened to him. Not only is Michael extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he was always available whenever I had any questions (even late at night). In addition, Michael had the best suggestions on vendors (eg. stagers, window treatment companies etc) and he coached me on how to navigate some very complex situations.
