John Carter is better than any realtor we could have ever asked for. From showing us the first potential house, to helping us purchase our dream home, John has been there every step of the way. John truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He made time around our sporadic schedules for us to see at least 5 houses a week, mapping out the best and easiest route each time. At one of the showings my car broke down, and instead of moving on with his day, John stayed with us until the tow truck came and we were safely on our way, not before offering to drive us around in his own vehicle to finish the day of showings. He even went with us to city hall to ask questions with us about a potential house. Once in escrow, he showed up to all of the inspections with us, too. Even now, after buying a house, John has still made himself available to us for any further questions we might have. John is quick to respond to any and all questions, is very knowledgeable, with your best interests in mind.
