Sandra is a thoughtful and responsive property manager. Whether it was a faulty fireplace or a persistently disappointing dishwasher, Sandra quickly sought to remedy challenges around the house. She was considerate of tenants' needs and limitations and a great partner. She is conscientious of money and works things out fairly - from payments to security deposits. We'd happily have her manage properties we live at in the future - and also use her if we owned properties in the area.
