I began working with Luis, and his mother, Yolanda, in January extremely unconfident of the home buying process prior to meeting them. I was recommended their help by a close friend, and a fellow Veteran, who had previously been helped several times in finding multiple properties. I set a meeting with them at their office and hoped to have my questions answered while obtaining more knowledge and confidence that I'd found the right agents. As a veteran, I had heard many different stories and many different experiences related to using the VA loan and buying property, let alone buying a property in California. I sat down with them at their office for the meeting to see what my interests were and what I was hoping to find. By the end of the meeting, I felt like my confidence did a complete 180 degree turn for the better. I left knowing that they were going to be helping me with every step along the way. Every bit of question I could think to ask was answered and I was never in the dark or unsure of anything throughout the process. They met with me several times to go out and see different properties, while giving me their insight as to what would benefit me the most for my budget while keeping my interests and my wants at the forefront of our search. I cannot explain how patient and understanding they were the entire time, and they stressed that we would only commit to finding the home that I wanted, not a home that would check a box or be less than what I desired. When we found the right home, not only were they unbelievably helpful in going forward and committing to an offer, the team they have assembled around them was just as competent and knowledgeable. To say the buying experience was painless would be an understatement. I cannot recommend them enough, and already have been giving their contact information to other friends and family that are in the market for buying a home. Anybody who becomes their client can rest assured they are in good hands, and won't have any worries or concerns that Luis and Yolanda can't handle. The home buying process with them was truly a pleasure. I will definitely have them represent me again in the future should I buy a second property, or even if I decide to list my home down the road.
