David Lasker came highly recommended by a family friend. As trustee of a prominent and unique victorian that my brother and I inherited, It was my responsibility to meet with other realtors as well. David showed us a house he was just finishing managing the renovations of in preparation for listing and assured us that he had extensive connections with contractors that do great work at low rates. Before long at all that house had sold for a very substantial percentage over listing. After a very quick and reasonable interior painting and wood floor refinishing, so did ours. Other realtors mostly talked up their quantity of past sales which to me seemed like they were more about rapid turnover than focused effort to make the best sale for a client.
