What do you want in a realtor? Experience? Guidance? Easy to work with? Well, whatever you need, Doug and Erin have it! We chose Doug and Erin because we wanted a realtor team that was going to do the extra work for us in a crazy housing market. They went above and beyond the call of duty for us. They did their homework on every single home we had an interest in (and oh boy, it was a lot homes...) and they did it promptly without hesitation. When viewing properties, they used their great deal of experience to assess homes and point out potential red flags. They were always looking out for our best interest at all times, even if it meant advising us to walk away from a home. When it came to making offers and working with sellers, they were awesome at communicating with other agents, not afraid to ask tough questions, and their representation of us as clients was beyond professional. And they did this all for the long haul. It took us around 15 months to find our perfect home in this crazy 2021-2022 housing market. Doug and Erin worked for us that entire time. 5 stars, would give more stars if I could because they certainly earned it. If I had to buy or sell a home again, team Harris would be my first phone call.
