A delightful experience. Kim was an absolute delight to deal with. We ended up buying through her but long before that Kim put in so much time and effort, no matter how many times we wanted to see the property or work with her recommended contractors to make a decision, nothing was too much trouble. Kim‘s naturally sunny disposition made the whole process easier, but she’s also a smart cookie with plenty of information that really did help us make our choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell with her again, in fact she would be the first person I go to if we did sell the property. Highly recommended!

I knew nothing of the process and relied on Kim for her vast knowledge and expertise. She answered the many questions I had and offered valuable suggestions for those I had not considered. She not only met with me personally, but also family members, inspectors, architects and contractors, answering more questions and providing insight.
