Pat is an amazing realtor to trust and work with. Buying a home in our current market has been challenging, however Pat managed to keep each step of the way simple and clear. In better words, he kept us informed. He listened to our needs in a home very early on and always was willing to meet us for viewings anytime we wanted to check out a property. Once we managed to make our offer, his consistent communication with everyone involved made us feel like we truly had a “dream team” working for us. There are so many people involved and moving parts to the home buying process that I wasn’t familiar with as a first time home , however, Pat managed to always make us feel comfortable and confident in our offer and in each step. We accomplished our goal together, and we couldn’t have been happier! Pat is a highly recommended realtor who balanced both a professional and friendly relationship with us. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I needed to share my wonderful experience with Pat Cassara our realtor. My husband and I have purchased multiple apartment building in that last several years, so we are pretty experience in our dealings with real estate agents. Pat was one of a kind. He was always available for any questions we had and or issues. He stepped in and took out all the stress and handled everything. The closing was well coordinated, and he deserves the highest praise. I will be referring my family and friends to him.

Pat helped us purchase our first home and I can’t say enough good things about him! I’ve learned that the home buying process is not for the faint of heart, particularly in the current market.
