Marianne was a pleasure to work with. Marianne and her partner, Nathaniel, were incredibly helpful in helping our family secure a rental house quickly that met all our requirements. They are organized, punctual and professional. They are very knowledgeable and were able to provide advice when we needed it. Simply put, they are on top of it and made the whole process easy. On a personal note, she is incredibly warm and hardworking, willing to do anything to make her clients happy. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable agent.

Marianne definitely went above and beyond with us. We've been working with her for over a year now. This past year of real estate has been absolutely nightmarish and difficult, but Marianne has been extremely responsive throughout. The amount of times we texted her with questions/concerns throughout the year was ridiculous, but she was always ready to answer and help out. We are moving to LA from Chicago so it is quite a daunting task, especially as we have barely spent any time in LA prior so we felt a bit overwhelmed and unsure exactly what we were doing. Working with Marianne made the process so much smoother than it otherwise would have been. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about all the LA areas, she was very responsive and was able to help us find places that were within our budget and had the criteria we were looking for. Within our six day visit, Marianne assisted us in seeing nearly 15 places to find a home that is perfect for us. She attended many of the showings with us and was very honest about what she thought in terms of what was/wasn't great about a property. It never felt like she was just trying to sell us something and instead was just trying to find the perfect home for us while having our best interest in mind, which I really appreciated. She was highly responsive and communicative and also helped us submit our offer in a compelling way. She is also a delight to spend time with! We used her to help us find our first rental, and we will certainly use her to help us find a home to buy as well.
