Nick helped us with our home purchase back in 2013 and we could not have asked for a better agent. He was patient throughout the entire process and super responsive. We had 3 young children at that time and houses were selling fast. Professional and very honest. We looked at several houses with Nick. He was always on time to show us the properties. Always gave his honest assessment about how much the house was going to sell for (and was always spot on, plus or minus 5-6k). Never made us feel rushed, was very patient while we looked at a lot of homes before settling on one. He worked very hard to make sure our offer was accepted (there were multiple offers on the home; his advice on how much we should put in down payment and how much we should offer was invaluable). When ever I look for my next home, I will be going with Nick. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
