Juan is very smart, knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, accommodating, and great at negotiating the best price for you. It is hard to find an agent with such good moral compass these days. Juan helped me find a rental 3 years ago and now looking to buy my first home. I've had friends and family who worked with other agents before buying and selling and that experience left them somewhat skeptical of realtors. So when I first went into the process with juan, I expected the same. I was used to hearing about realtors who are pushy, who are just out for themselves so they can make a commission, or may not be familiar with the area you're purchasing in, but turns out, that is not the case with Juan. And believe me, it's rare to find that! Juan is very considerate of his clients needs. He's no pressure - at all! He never tries to convince me that a property is for me when it's not. He doesn't encourage me to spend more than Iam comfortable on spending. He lets me make that decision for myself without pressuring me. So far he has been devoted to the entire process. That speaks volumes to me and shows me that hes not for himself or the fast commission. It's hard to trust people when they stand to make a big chunk of money based on your purchase or sale. It's your money, but their commission is affected by it. With Juan, I feel trust, and confidence. If you are fortunate, you become quite close with your realtor when you go through this process - if they are a good personable realtor. And I can tell you that I plan to keep Juan as my life time go to realtor. Very Excited to be a first time home buyer soon thanks to Juan! juan was there from the beginning ,and even though it took a long time to get a place he always had hope and got us a house we wanted .i would recommend him
