We had a rental property that we decided to sell. We had had it as a rental for 26 years and had the fortune to only have 3 renters during that time. Unfortunately the last renters really took a toll on the house and property. We had Virginia come out to take a look and she gave us some great ideas on what we needed to do to make it a desirable property. We did as she suggested and a month later, we listed the house for sale. Both Michael and Virginia made sure that we were fully informed of the all of the steps in the process. With the photos that Virginia posted, along with the description, we had several offers within a couple of days. All of the paperwork was so easy to do on the computer and the entire process just progressed right along. The house was sold within 2 weeks, we had a short escrow and it was finished before we knew it. Virginia and Michael are such wonderful people and made the whole experience a joy. So much different than it was when we first bought our house several years ago. I would highly recommend everyone to make it a point to make use of their talents and sell their property with the smoothest process possible.
