So many great things to say about Tim! He was recommended to my husband and I as we became more serious about purchasing our first home. We set up our first meeting with Tim after speaking to a mortgage broker and finding a home at an open house we really liked. We sent Tim all the info and he got to work on getting the details on the property before our first meeting! The original property we saw was not meant to be, but that did not deter Tim. He got us scheduled to see a place from one the listings he sent the night of our first meeting. In it we truly found our perfect first home! I am happy to say I am writing this review from our living room and couldn’t have had a better experience. Tim is thorough, patient, and a clear communicator. He worked well with our mortgage broker and was able to communicate clearly between ourselves and the sellers and their agent.
