I got a great deal on a HUD house. Christy calculated a bid that was $100 over the next bid. The price had already been reduced a few times. The house is large with good bones. I’ll do some painting and change the carpet in a room or two. The real oak flooring, casings, sills and bull nose corners throughout the house are quality. Buying a hud foreclosure during the govt shut down wasn’t easy. Having a broker who knew the hud system kept this great deal from falling apart. Thank you Christy.
