I recently had the pleasure of working with Claire Baxter in listing a property I owned in Carlsbad, CA.. Having dealt with other realtors in the past, Claire was the most professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy person to do business with. Not only did she sell the property in ONE DAY, I received full asking price and the 30 day escrow was effortless. I could not recommend a more competent realtor and will be using her again for future transactions.

Lousy and unprofessional - AVOID We rented a house (currently in it) where Sari Ward from first team was the listing agent. It appears that providing quality service or even what's committed is not important and we arrived to a dirty house not ready to move-in - Insects on furniture, nails in the walls, graffiti on the wallpaper, personal belongings lying at random places. One would think that after this the team sprung into action to rectify but NO, nothing, we are still wasting our time and energy trying to get through all the issues and the property management is also extremely slow. Their own property manager communicated that they will charge us $ if we left the house in this condition but yet we were handed off the house like that. There's not even a courtesy apology call for this bad situation - feels like a regular activity for them. Extremely scammy behavior. Housing decision is a big decision, please do not waste your hard earned money with this unprofessional, untrustworthy group. Giant waste of resources
