How you going to be a professional realtor and yet have send texts talking about your a liability since day one but continued to help in getting the home. Now the truth comes out! Sounds funny to me and only to be in it for the money. If your going to be a professional but upfront and real from the start. Don't get greedy and mean when things don't work.
