Having recently worked with a wonderful realtor in Washington the person and team I picked had big shoes to fill. So I sent an email to three agencies saying I wanted to interview them and give them a chance to see my house. Jan Leibole answered quickly. The other two decided to ignore it. Thank goodness. I ended up with the best agency for selling my home, and they did an excellent job filling those shoes. So don’t feel like you only have one choice in sun city like some would have you believe. I almost did and I’m so very grateful to have worked with this team.

Met with Penny Jelmberg and agent Renee Marrotte a year ago and was very impressed so when the decision was finally made to sell our house in SCSH this summer it was an automatic signing with them. Some things were a little difficult with us living in Canada but Michele LeBrett, Nina Mahon and Blaire Jelmberg in the office were so efficient, communicative and patient with us that it was made as easy and manageable as possible in the month or so it took to sell the house.
