Absolutely hands down Jeff Landau is one of the BEST realtors and all around incredible human beings out there! 🤩 I met Jeff Landau in 2018 when I was renting a home in Wildwood and he was making cold calls. Here was my post about the encounter... "Nicole Luoma Peattie is feeling silly. March 27, 2018 I'm just going to say that I talk a LOT and I am definitely NOT shy, so anyone that comes to my door or asks me a question, I will talk to! Sorry random real estate guy for talking your ear off for over half an hour. I felt badly so I made sure he had my address and name to send me info every 6 months on the market in the area. He wanted my phone number as well, and I was thinking "Dude did you not learn your lesson with me? I literally kept you on my porch talking about the housing market for half an hour and you want to repeat this every 6 months?" 😂🤣😂...." Fast forward 16 months later to July 2019, when I encounter Jeff Landau again at an open house for a home we were interested in purchasing where he was representing the sellers. Jeff not only remembered my name, my family, where I was from, but clearly had been genuinely interested in "my story." I literally was jealous of the sellers because they had such a professional, engaged, a thorough agent. Even though we were the buyers, Jeff went above and beyond! After the sale was complete, Jeff was more than willing to assist us getting information about the property. We never felt like once the deal was done that we couldn't contact him. He seemed more like a close family friend that we could contact about anything! Fast forward another 2 1/2 years when my husband was offered a job out of state. There was NO question that I wanted Jeff Landau to sell our home. When I called him, I didn't even get out my full name and he already remembered me and our home!! 🥰 Selling a home over the holidays is so stressful, but Jeff was such a calming force. It's emotional to sell a home that you LOVE and have so many incredible memories, but Jeff and his team made our home look loved and sound as dreamy as it really is! He has such a vested interested in you as a person, that he gets what is important to you. He guides you through everything, but allows you to make all decisions. We went with his advice on listing price and we received multiple offers, sold $56k above asking price 🥳, and it was only on the market 4 days. When the buyers' funding didn't close on time, Jeff did everything in his power to lessen the impact it had on our ability to buy a house in Alabama. When the buyers asked for $19,000 😱 in repairs, Jeff assisted us in reducing repairs to $4,000😅 ! Jeff is very involved, so every question, concern, idea, etc. will be heard and responded to immediately or within hours worst case. He checks in frequently, not only to make sure things are moving forward smoothly, but to check on YOU. He genuinely cares about people and I can't express enough how much that means to have someone like that on your side during stressful times! Having been both a buyer and a seller, I can't express enough that you want and NEED Jeff Landau to represent you! You won't regret it.
