We'd already had a great experience with Gail seven years ago when she helped us buy our home so when we were ready to sell, she was our first and only call. And then she surpassed even her own high standard the second time around. She advised us smartly as we prepared to list, arranged the photographer (amazing photos at no extra cost to us) and walked us through how the selling process worked. She helped us with our disclosures and told us what to expect in overall costs (commission, escrow fees, etc) so there were no surprises when the final escrow statement came. She was always available to answer our questions and her vast experience saved us more than a few headaches along the way. When it was time to show, she followed and enforced all covid protocols for people entering our home during this challenging time. When we got an offer (in four days, signed) that's when the value of her vast experience really paid off... she wasn't convinced it was a slam dunk and advised us to keep showing the house. Sure enough, the buyer got cold feet, but because Gail continued the showings, we had a back-up that was an even better offer. Then she knew we were done showing and was right again, which was huge. Showing the house while you still live there is a serious pain and 10x worse during covid. But thanks to Gail we only had to do that for one week and closed a month later. But wait, there's more. She was also there for all (nine!) inspections with the buyer and kept us informed in real time as they went. So whenever there was an issue or concern, we could deal with it right away and keep the positive momentum going without a hitch. And finally, as we were moving out of state, she also secured us a 10-day rent back after closing (at no cost to us) so we'd have time to properly arrange for our big move, which made that part of the post-selling experience much less stressful than it could've been. In the end, she made what could've been a complex and harrowing process simple and smooth. And even fun. Because Gail is such a great person to deal with; positive, friendly, engaged, smart, with a terrific sense of humor. She's more than our agent, she's become a dear friend. We cannot recommend Gail enough if you're looking for someone to help you buy or sell a home. Experience really is priceless, but she brings so much more than that. Thank you so much, Gail!

Reliable͏ and responsive Gail was a pleasure to work with, responding quickly by text to any inquiries and accommodating frequent showings for our rental property. We ultimately achieved a good outcome (new tenant) with little burden on us as the landlords through the process. We would definitely use Gail again.
