Jeff was the utmost professional from start to finish. He made solid recommendations for us through the property management process and then ultimately through the selling process. We had a challenging escrow with the buyers, but Jeff stayed on top of things every step of the way and communicated details with us regularly. Overall awesome experience working with Jeff.

Jeff sold my house in lakewood a few months ago and I felt comfortable and confident through the entire process. He recommended upgrades and maintenance that would pay out by increasing the sales price. He used his own crew and managed the entire process at a fair price (I got other quotes). I also hate trying to manage contractors. I never felt rushed into accepting an offer I wasn't comfortable with and always felt my interests were his top priority. The major attribute that made me love working with Jeff is every suggestion he made was followed by clear, concise and logical reasoning.

Jeff is great! He evaluated my property for sale, advised on price, helped with all paperwork and required disclosures, handled all communication with the buyers, and provided good recommendations for contractors when repairs were required. I would definitely use Jeff for future real estate needs and recommend him to others.
