By far the absolute worst service/customer service I have ever experienced. They do not return calls, cancel work orders with no explanation. Zero accountability. They do not fix any issues or do anything by the book at all. They completely ignore tenants who have been living at the property in hopes that you will just move so they can rent the units out for more money. They are very rude and non responsive. Trinidad is the worst! Updated Review: After speaking directly with the owners and David, the Maintenence Supervisor, who was great by the way, I have come to the conclusion that one employee is not representative of a whole company. The owners and David were super responsive upon learning of my complaint and empathetic. They resolved my issue swiftly and respectfully.

I have Rented with Kingston Mgmt. I would Like to commend this management in problem- solving during difficult situations. When it comes to Safety I can say they Step in promptly to make sure you are surely a Priority. I want to surely tell you my experience with David Carrillo which is on board with maintenance. One of the Best Team members I ever met from Kingston. David made sure all my work order were carried out and made sure the Job was well done. Thanks and keep up the Excellent Work. You the Best.
