Robert is such a pleasure to work with. I am a loan officer and have worked with Robert and a couple of his clients to help them purchase a new home. My business comes mainly from working with real estate professionals, and Robert is one of the best out there. Trust me - I do this for a living! He has such a good heart and always fights to make sure his clients get the best service. On a recent purchase, he had some challenges with the listing agent not being attentive to getting some repairs needed. Robert is very honest, genuine and attentive to do business with. A couple of months ago, my mom wanted to refinance her house. She got a broker and a lender to see if she's better off refinancing or selling the house and get another house. I met them and they were manipulative. They wanted her to sell the house and when she buys a new house, she has to used all the cash that we got from selling the house. I was like you guys don't sound professional. You don't tell a client what to do with their money. We are in desperate need to find a consultant. So I got Robert's contact through a friend who got helped from him. I called Robert and explained the whole situation. He gave so many red flags about the people that my mom found. Not only that, Robert taught me the jargons about real estate. He explained the process of refinance vs selling and buying house. Not only he took his time out to talk to me on the phone, teaching me the inside out of real estate (property tax, house insurance, etc), he sent me a list of properties that met our criteria, just in case we want to sell the house. My mom decided to keep the house and save enough money for a down payment for the second house. When I told Robert that, he didn't get mad like any other real estate broker. He applauded my mom for making a fantastic decision. Since then, I recommended all my friends, who wants to buy a house and a first time buyer. Seriously, Robert will take a good care of you and he won't take an advantage of you.

Robert is truly a top-notch professional who is committed to providing great quality service. Our family's search for a home was not an easy one -- we had many specific criteria in mind, while searching in a very highly-priced and competitive area. Rob always kept a calm and optimistic approach every time we'd visit a house and not fall in love with it. That "Don't worry, we're going to find the right house for your family" mentality, fueled much needed patience, and ultimately helped us find our dream home in our #1 target city! Throughout this process, Robert's efforts did not go unnoticed. While on vacation, or partaking in personal activities (such as a friend's wedding), he'd always find time to take our calls, draft up documentation, and even set-up viewings from 6,000 miles away.
