This review is related to a member of Cynthia’s team more than Cynthia herself but it does not seem possible to review that agent so I must leave the review for searchkern instead. I had some issues with the agent acting in my best interests as a seller’s agent. He seemed more interested in representing the buyer’s interests than mine, partly because he coordinates a cadre of underground workers to do various household repairs and yard work on the side, and wanted to try and sweeten up the potential buyer so the buyer would regularly hire his guys. This is a conflict of interest and I got very close to filing a formal complaint about this with not only Cynthia but the Bakersfield association of realtors. Only the fact that the sale didn’t lose too much money ( it did lose some thanks to my earlier installation of Solar which I did not recoup) and I needed to quickly move on with my life kept me from filing such complaints. But now I finally have the time to write this review.
