Last year we moved from the San Fernando Valley to El Cajon in San Diego County. Having been in our home for 45 years, it needed some updating to make it competitively priced in what was a hot market. My husband is a “Do It Yourself” guy and, since we had the time, we decided to take on the project ourselves. We quickly learned that it was more work than we anticipated or wanted. We started interviewing realtors and, after the first interview with Lois Gerace, we knew we had found the right person to sell our house. We knew it was the right decision because it was evident that our interests were as important to Lois as they were to us. Lois brought to the table a complete package—from her contractor Bud to her assistant, Amy. Lois and Bud’s suggestions were sound and Lois’s expertise in the real estate market was exactly what we needed. The communication was excellent and working with them made, what originally looked to be a daunting task, manageable and stressless. Once the process started, they kept the momentum going allowing us to be competitive in a fast moving real estate market. Lois is professional and fiercely committed to getting the best deal for her clients. I would work with Lois again and have recommended her to others. If you want a comfortable selling experience with honesty, integrity, and a highly skilled & knowledge agent, Lois encompasses all of that. Her commitment to excellence is evident through out the entire process, and is matched by her wonderful staff. Reached out to her and was greeted by rudest person someone can ever talk too. I was interested in a house and the price was on point to what me and my wife were looking for. I called and asked her just 2 questions regarding a home for sale. Her response was very belittling and down right disrespectful. I’m a first time home buyer and don’t know much about real estate and if you are too stay away from this agent. She’s no help and expects you to be a expert on real estate when you talk to her. She is not an asset to remax or to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. I really don’t like to leave negative reviews but she deserves it.
