Thank you Willie and Anna for helping us with selling our parents home, our dad will always be grateful for the honest advice. Our dad was now older and couldn’t handle the upkeep of the house. We had several real estate people come to our house and give us their advice, everybody pretty much said for us to sell our house in the condition it was. Willie advised us to take on a few project like painting the interior of the house, replacing the rotted wood thru out the exterior of our house and other small project.
