We usually don’t leave reviews for anyone or any businesses, even if they bribe with deals and discounts, but we will gladly leave a review for Eric since we believe in giving credit where credit is due. We’ve been looking for a house on and off for the past few years and met many realtors, brokers, and real estate agents during open houses and no one impressed us like Eric did. He was very knowledgeable about the current housing market and the property that we purchased. He was responsive to our questions and always happy to lend a hand. He helped us move mountains to get our current property remodeled and rented in order for us to close escrow. He gave us many tips and pointers for our rental and was able to get it rented higher than what we expected. He went above and beyond with his service even after we closed escrow. He offered to help us remodel our new place and referred us to his contractors. We felt like we got the “red carpet” treatment as soon as his contractors knew we were referred by Eric. They gave us the best prices and gave us priority for installation. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Eric and we were glad he was our agent. He truly cares about his clients. Oh did we mention that we sent us moving boxes and care packages to alleviate the stress of renting and buying a house simultaneously. If you’re looking to buy or sell, use Eric and you’ll be “moved!”
