Cindy Mark is probably thee worst property manager I have ever come across. Do not do business with her. When I read the reviews on her, at first I was thinking she can't be that bad. All the reviews iv seen is about how she just puts ppl off when it comes to fixing problems with houses and she just takes money from the owners of the houses and never repairs anything .. LET ME TELL YOU CINDY MARK REALITY IS A JOKE!! I HAVE SEEN IT FIRST HAND FOR OVER 4 YEARS NOW. IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD.

We’ve worked with several real estate agents over the years, but none have come close to the level of service, knowledge, and kindness we experienced here. This team knows the area like the back of their hand and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Truly the best we’ve worked with, highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a property manager. There were many occasions we had urgent needs and maintenance requests/calls/emails/visits to the office (locked during office hours) didn't get any responses. We were polite and professional and tried all the correct channels, only to be ignored. I would give 0 stars if I could.
