There are not enough superlatives to describe, compliment, and express my deep respect for and trust in Brian Palmer. From my first voicemail left for Mr. Palmer, he immediately returned my call that same day, and offered me information about the comparative value of my commercial property, and statistics on which properties sold when in order to educate me on how he could best price my property to sell. He always did every single thing he said he would do, when it said he would do it. His assistant was in consistent communication with me to handle e-signing, and to answer any questions I had. Mr. Palmer always made himself available to offer any additional support or clarification I needed. I was treated so well and was made to feel that I truly mattered to Mr. Palmer, who is simply an elegant individual. I was kept up to date on a regular basis and contacted with offers as soon as they were proffered, even on the weekends. I consider Brian a friend because of my excellent experience with him, and the way he managed so beautifully, the sale of my property. If only everyone was like him, and had the ethical approach to his work, his word, and his clients. One of the finest human beings and professionals anywhere. Brian did an amazing job for me. This was a funny one as my tenants gave notice they were vacating in March and didn't actually move out until September. Brian went with us to look at the house in March, then politely called me each month to check in. Once the tenants moved out Brian took over! I did one walk through with the tenants prior to them moving out and he did the rest. Brian did the final walk through to make sure the house was clean and not damaged. He and his team arranged for the house to go on the market that week. We were in escrow for asking price in 1 week. The only repairs needed were the standard government required ones, and they handled it all. From listing to closing 35 days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. In addition to Brian I worked with Michael Regilio who was awesome. Thank you Brian and Michael.

Brian was fantastic to work with during our home-selling process. It started very easily by preparing it to show, list, etc. The app he used for realtors to request a showing and leave feedback was truly beneficial. Once we received a reasonable offer, that's where his expertise truly shined. The buyer continually changed lenders or had other issues, which extended the closing dates. It would have been even more frustrating if Brian wasn't there to thoroughly explain everything to us and, more importantly, to communicate with the buyer's seemingly inexperienced realtor about their options. We'd never had such complications with houses we've sold in the past so we were beyond happy that we had Brian to tackle the many obstacles of this sale.
