Alex Jay, is a remarkable, and very knowledgeable real estate agent that practices in the Palm Springs area and Los Angeles county as well! She represented both the buyer and the seller, with the condo that she had the listing on in Palm Springs. I made an offer, and she not only got it accepted, but negotiated with the seller, on a few key points that got me to purchase the condo for a better price! I spent years as a commercial developer working for national companies, I know I am not an easy buyer but Alex stuck with me. Alex has excellent knowledge of the greater Palm Springs area and of the many HOA's. Alex is without a doubt the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Alex had shown me properties for about 4 or 5 months but for one reason or another they did not work. Then on December 18th we looked at a house, she wrote an offer and we closed escrow on December 29th. During inspection Alex found two issues with the house that I missed. The items she identified could have been deal killers. Alex was able to negotiate with the seller and their agent and she saved the deal. To close escrow in 11 days Alex was working all day and late into the night, many calls were at 10:00 PM. Alex recommended using Indian Wells Escrow and they agreed to do an 11 day escrow, Indian Wells is an outstanding escrow company! Alex is a hard working, intelligent, and a nice lady and I will use her on any real estate I buy or sell in the desert.

Alex was amazing! She helped us a lot with buying our first home. Whenever we had a question she would answer, when a new listing would come up that fit what we were looking for she would contact us right way, and most importantly she made the whole house buying process so easy and stress free.
