Thanks to Thomas, I now live in my dream home, right at my favorite beach in La Jolla and I couldn’t be happier. We went to see property right away, since things are moving so fast in San Diego right now. His approach was never pushy – he just made sure that I had all the information available about the homes and the market. Thomas wrote a compelling letter that was able to emotionally engage the seller, and he got them to pick us and take the property off the market even though we were just a bit above asking price. Applying for the loan through our first lender was not going to work out and I thought about cancelling. Thomas got us an extension and hooked us up with Matt Sauer with Different Mortgage, who was able to quickly work the complex file with great pricing. Throughout the escrow process Thomas was responsive, and was very helpful with all the little things that I had questions about. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m glad I chose to work with Thomas because he never gave up.

Thomas went above and beyond during and after the sale. He was not pushy but he was very knowledgeable and attentive. He also gave great advice and we got the home in Ocean Beach for quite a bit less than it's worth, which is a miracle in today's market. I would use him again for any real estate needs. He's honest, works hard, and has real answers for all my questions.
