Charlotte and Bob are honestly so amazing! Early in our marriage we explored the idea to buy our first home but ultimately decided to wait. Once ready, Charlotte and Bob helped us navigate the idea of a fixer upper and turn key in the homes we asked to see and the homes they showed us. This really helped us figure out how much we were willing to fix versus getting a higher priced home that was updated already. As a first time home buyer it was scary to buy but we knew we had seen so many options that were not right for us and when we saw the one we loved they helped us close on it.
