Rory and Kristian sold our house in early 2025 in an ‘off-market’ transaction and their service was incredible. I had known Rory for 25 years when he had sold a friend a house but had never worked with him. They were both very straightforward, honest and reliable. Best agents I have ever worked with, and of course, experts in our area (Cheviot). Ashley in the office is also incredible. All the vendors they recommended (movers, etc.) were also the best we had ever worked with. Everything went incredibly smoothly- fast closing – with absolutely no hiccups or surprises. Highly recommend!
