I am posting this review on behalf of my mother, who wanted to share her incredible experience working with Lynn Kim. Lynn originally helped my mom find the perfect property with a beautiful view. Later, when she decided to move out of state, Lynn seamlessly transitioned the home into a rental. She found an absolutely wonderful tenant and has been extraordinarily helpful in managing the property ever since. From handling day-to-day tenant issues to ensuring everything is working perfectly, Lynn has gone above and beyond. She has given my mother complete peace of mind from afar, and we cannot recommend her real estate and property management services highly enough!

Lynn was the selling agent and we were the buyers. But it felt like she was working for us too . Every question we asked, she either gave us the answer or continued to search for the answer. She’s also very prompt at replying to our calls or texts. Lastly she was always very professional and we can’t think of any mistakes she made. If we ever need an agent, we’ll be calling her. We highly recommend her.
