Just to let you know what an outstanding real estate agent that Monica George with California Curb Appeal is. She worked hand in hand with us to completely remodel our condo. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We started our project first part of December 2022 and was completed first part of January 2023. She sold our condo shortly thereafter. Monica helped our family find a quality, affordable apartment in a very competitive rental market and on a tight timeline. We weren't physically in the area at the time, so it was extremely helpful to have Monica (virtually) show us apartments and homes to rent; to work with leasing agents for us (including dropping off paperwork and deposits); and, ultimately, to find us a place that was a great fit (convenient to work & good schools).
