Before we even started looking at homes, my husband and I wanted to find an agent that aligned with our values & that we truly felt wanted to help us find the best home for us. We met Tahnee at an open house and knew she was our girl! She has just the personality we were looking for, and knew she was eager to help us. She then brought us in to meet Chris, who is the best bulldog you will ever meet - and their dynamic partnership made us feel so comfortable that we were in great hands as first time homebuyers. When it came time to start looking, Tahnee and Chris took the time to go with me and they really knew their stuff!!! I felt so at ease knowing they knew what to look for, and how to guide us. When it was time to make an offer and go through escrow, Chris and Tahnee and their entire team walked us through every single step. We were able to ask questions and they were available to us day/night and weekends. Even after closing escrow, they helped us find the right vendors we needed to get things done in the house. We literally had their resources available whenever we needed (and I'm sure we will keep bugging them for more in the future!). Dawn is for her clients and she serves them with her heart and positive attitude. She is a creative decision maker and has great rapport with her community.
