I have gone through the home buying process twice before i was stressed out those times before and had to deal with alot of agents but not this time. I have deffenitly found my two agents for life and who i would actually recommend. The team they work with was actually surprisingly great also it was shocking so don't do me any favor do yourself a favor and chose this dream team.

These guys are great! If you are looking for realtors who are professional and friendly and hard working these are your guys. they dealt with bidding wars, sketchy sellers, and inexperienced realtors. all while staying professional, kind, strong, and keeping me informed along the way. Even though all of it was stressful they helped to keep me calm.

Ashley Novak and Jonathan Schultz have been nothing short of AMAZING. I initially found Ashley by picking the first realtor that Zillow recommended just because I wanted to see a house. I really didn’t care who I got, I just wanted to see the house. Fast forward 2 months- Ashley and Jonathan sold our home in Torrance, fast forward 5 months Ashley & Jonathan helped us purchase a home in Hermosa Beach—walking distance to the beach and valuated a full $100K above our purchase price! Ashley and Jonathan have seen us through so much, and we feel we got so much added value with this team. Literally rolled up their sleeves and to help prep the property we sold, researched first time buyer and other incentives to market the home we sold, and masterfully assembled a social media presentation that made us want to buy our own home. Exceptionally responsive and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the markets they work in were prevalent with this team. We were impressed with their ability to so masterfully strategize an approach to both purchases of our Hermosa Beach home and the sale of our Torrance home. I’m guessing Zillow’s algorithm for presenting a realtor is probably the equivalent of rolling dice. Finding Ashley Novak and Jonathan Schultz was more like winning the lottery. Their exceptional service and value obviously doesn’t stop after the sale(s). This team has been proactive in helping us with little things that come up after the sale, from managing and activating utilities, property management recommendations, building and contractor recommendations- they are very well connected and their resources appear endless. Every issue we presented them with, pre and post-sale, was met with a confident approach to a solution. My wife and I clearly see a long-term business relationship with Ashley Novak and Jonathan Schultz, and I dare hope a long-term friendship as well.
