Daniel is an excellent realtor and I’m thrilled to now be settling my family into our amazing new home in Hermosa Beach. We purchased our home during the height of the Covid pandemic and Daniel went above and beyond to arrange showings of homes and to ensure that the various new protocols were met. We encountered a few hiccups along the way - financing took considerably longer than expected due to Covid and other unusual circumstances - but Daniel easily rolled with the punches and worked everything out with the sellers each time an unexpected issue arose.
