If you’re looking to be lied to, Emily is your gal! I would NOT buy a home from them. We purchased a home that had hidden electrical and plumbing issues. Emily was the selling agent. They flat out lied about everything in this house. There were exposed hot wires In the garage, missing electrical sockets, only half the house has electricity, and the dishwasher drains into the living room carpet. The sellers hid huge amounts of damage and claim they had no knowledge of any electrical or plumbing issues. THERE IS NO WAY THEY SELLERS DIDN’T KNOW. This was confirmed by two electricians. Needless to say, our Thanksgiving has been ruined. ✌️
