Talyssa D.

We met Talyssa at an open house and knew immediately she was the one we wanted on our team and honestly, best decision we made during the whole homebuying process. She's incredibly patient, calm, and knowledgeable. Every time we had a question or a moment of doubt, she had a thoughtful answer that made us feel confident. She guided us through negotiations and the entire transaction from start to finish without breaking a sweat. Oh, and here's the cherry on top: Talyssa is also an architect with her own remodeling business. That means she could walk through a house with us and instantly tell us what kind of work was needed and what it would realistically cost. We found our dream home with her help, and we couldn't be happier. 10/10, highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Talyssa on several real estate transactions, and she is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to her clients. Her communication is excellent, she stays on top of every detail, and she approaches each transaction with integrity and a solutions-oriented mindset. As an escrow professional, I truly appreciate working with agents who are organized, responsive, and committed to creating a smooth experience for everyone involved. Talyssa goes above and beyond to advocate for her clients while maintaining a collaborative and professional relationship with all parties in the transaction. I highly recommend Talyssa to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. She is someone you can trust to guide you through the process with confidence and expertise.

Talyssa is a rare combination of real estate expertise and genuine design sense! She was fantastic to work with as our team at True Trust Service, looked at properties for investment and joint venture opportunities, bringing market knowledge together with a designer’s eye — walking through homes, she’d point out possibilities we hadn’t considered, from layout potential to overall value. Knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely fun to work with. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a realtor who understands both the numbers and the potential of a property!
