I have known and worked with Ryan for over 15 years. I have watched him go above and beyond for his clients (helping with garage sales and on moving days), always listening to them and putting their needs first, but also setting realistic expectations. He has also been involved in his community by hosting events throughout the year. He loves his role as Realtor and takes it seriously.

First, let me level set everybody. I’m not one that offers up a positive or negative review about a product or a service. But I had two great successes at the end of last year that I have been remiss in not mentioning. Unfortunately, I had to sell my home after 35 years in university city and frankly it was challange given the market. But Ryan and Nicole pulled it off and found the perfect buyer. Which enabled me to move quickly. Thanks to their good work they found my dream home. As a result, I was able to sell my home and buy another home on the same day thanks to their great effort and wonderful backup team. I’ll have more properties moving forward to cell. They are my go to Realtor realtors.

Highly recommend! Claudia helped us find & purchase our first home last year and was very patient and helpful in answering our many questions as first-time buyers! She was happy to accommodate our schedules to go visit listings and was always available when we needed something. She really understood our position and what we were looking for, and gave lots of helpful insights as we looked at properties (since sometimes we didn't know what we didn't know.)
