If you want to work with an amazing team, hire Wasilik. He sold one home for me first and it sold for way more than all the other Friendly Hills brokers were telling me i could get. He did such an amazing job, that I decided to give Wasilik a challenging project. I had 3 condos in Whittier to sell into a 1031 exchange and sent the total funds to Phoenix for a 6 unit apartment upleg. It was tricky maximizing the sale prices and the strict IRS timelines.
