Kevin and Diane really went above and beyond helping us buy a home in Carmel Valley. We first met Kevin about 1 year ago at an open house. Unlike many other agents, he wasn't pushy or made us feel like we weren't worth his time. We didn't signup with Kevin immediately but we exchanged email every few months. He proactively sent updates in the market and comparables so I could ground my expectations when it was time to buy. They also were in lockstep with our lender to ensure the lender was prepared and informed about the tight timeline. Ultimately, I presented Kevin and Diane a very complex transaction that had a very tight and consequential timeline. They fully understood the challenge and accepted us as clients. Kevin and Diane always answered their phone and proactively searched for off market listed so we could achieve our goal of buying a home. Kevin and Diane reached into their network to identify multiple off-market opportunities and accompanied us to multiple showings. Once we identified the home we wanted to buy, Kevin and Diane guided as we negotiated on price and concessions from the seller. Never once did Kevin and Diane urge me to pay more just so we could get an offer accepted. Throughout the escrow period, Kevin and Diane over communicated the steps to closing of escrow and expectations/requirements as the buyers. I always thought that agents were just paper pushers that made too much money. With my transaction, Kevin and Diane changed my perspective. There are great agents out there that can really help you navigate through a lifechanging event like buying a home. 5-Stars for Kevin and Diane!!! Highly recommended and we couldn't have bought the house we did without them!
