We recently worked with Scott and Corey from Scott Kidd Associates (as our buyer agent) on a house in Southwest San Clemente. I wanted to share about our amazing experience purchasing our home and being represented by Corey Kidd and the team at Scott Kidd Associates. We had been looking at homes for over a year in San Clemente and been renting month-to-month in the area. We’d geared up thinking it would take us months or longer to buy in this crazy real estate market, with super low inventory and multiple offers competing for every property. We met Corey one day, as we happened to be walking by a home he had recently listed. He was kind enough to give us a tour after his previous appointment. He was representing the sellers of the property, and we had not yet chosen a realtor. We ended up loving the house and the neighborhood so much! But, with it being such a huge purchase, we really wanted to take a little time to think about it, yet this fast-pasted market didn’t seem allow for that. After some discussions with Corey, he agreed to represent us as well. I have to say, he was the PERFECT realtor for us! He really listened to us, gave us guidance throughout the negotiation process, and we never felt (not even one ounce) of pressure. He worked really hard to help us and the sellers come together - and was able to come up with terms we both agreed on. I can honestly say that we have never had a smoother real estate transaction - EVER. Any concern we had (and we had a few along the way), he responded to quickly, listened to intently, and help us work through every single one.. He always made time for us.. He was an absolute DREAM to work with! I have told everyone who has come to visit us in our INCREDIBLE new house about how wonderful our experience has been! I cannot say enough about how happy we are with the way everything worked out. We are thrilled with our new house in our new neighborhood, and know we would not be here without Corey!
