When my mother passed, we called Megan Pratchard & Lynneve Hays of Keller Williams to help sell my parents' house. They were hands-on from the beginning, from helping us get ready to put the house on the market to the final closing paperwork. They always took time out of their day to go to the house if necessary. They even brought in the trash cans for us, unlocked the gate so the gardener could access the backyard, and drove to my father's new apartment in another city so he could sign documents.
