What a great experience we had with Lily selling my mother’s house. From the first time I met her, she made me feel at ease and that we were in good hands. She never made us feel pressured but also helped gently guide us to make decisions that we didn’t know how to make. She dealt with a very difficult agent on the seller’s side and worked very hard to keep them on schedule. Lily tried to keep everyone working together to keep us all comfortable with the deal but ultimately the other agent seemed to want an adversarial position. I knew that Lily would do the best for us. She was amazing especially in such trying circumstances! From the staging, to the open houses, to the photography, she was generous with her time and her expertise. She got the refrigerator fixed when it broke just before escrow closed. She found people to take the final pieces of furniture that we didn't know what to do with. She just took control for us. It was so helpful during a very emotional time. Lily’s communication with us was superb. We always knew what was happening and when. And her upbeat demeanor and excitement about selling the house made her an absolute pleasure to work with. We will recommend her to any of our friends and family who are selling a property.
