Buying a home, especially from across the country is not supposed to be easy. Randy, Paul, and Michael proved us wrong. From tirelessly attending open houses in our stead to the moment of signing the purchase and sale agreement…Randy and team were always available and always ready to help. To add further, following historic rainfall from tropical storm Hillary, Randy went out of his way to check on the empty house making sure no damage had occurred. Randy and Michael did a great job of explaining the different Palm Springs area neighbors to us. Showing us houses from the different areas allowed us to narrow down are search to the prefect neighborhood for us. They were very patient and understanding during the process of selecting a new home. They guided us though the process of viewing to purchasing our new home. They kept on top of everything the entire process which is important when moving to a new unfamiliar area. We would highly recommend them for your real estate needs.
