Chuck is steadfast, knowledgeable, and dedicated--we absolutely recommend his services.  Unexpected circumstances lead us to need to sell suddenly--having never sold a home before, we reached out to Chuck because he had sold a home in our neighborhood for a great price. We were immediately impressed by his professional demeanor and by Cabrillo's Concierge service option, which helped us not only afford to refresh the home, but offered oversight so we could stay focused on our jobs. Our relationship with Chuck started by accident, meeting him at an open house. He was personable, non pushy, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We did not commit but accepted his help When we found the property we bought, he was with us all the way, giving us the information we needed. The transaction was not an easy one, the seller's agent was anything but cooperative but Chuck stayed with the process, interfacing with the other agent and broker. All along, be documented, kept us posted, followed up making an otherwise stressful process feel a lot less stressful all the way to closing. Most would have stopped there, Chuck stayed with us after the closing, advising us on repairs, being a source of quality referrals for the work to be done and being always available for advice I am not new to the construction industry, growing up in my family's business but there was a lot of things I did not know and Chuck was a knowledgeable source of information and advice. If you are looking for a consumed professional realtor, someone who will stand with you, communicate, be your negotiator and advocate, Chuck is the one. I cannot highly recommend him.
