Kyle is the BEST! Where do I begin ... since the moment my family and I met Kyle he was always available and his communication is unmatched. We were first time buyers and Kyle was very informative and patient with us. We had initially made an offer on a property we thought was the one, but days later my family and I liked a property in the area where we grew up and in addition it was a duplex, we reached out to Kyle to see if he could pull our first offer and make an offer on the new property we really wanted and he didn't hesitate. Kyle started the new process immediately and within days we had an offer accepted. The process was so fast and easy. We closed escrow a month later. Not only did he help us become first time home buyers but he helped us get an income generating property, that was the icing on the cake! Now we live in one and rent the back house.
