WOW! Where do I begin? Josh was referred to me from a few friends who bought and sold their homes from him so we decided to hire him to sell our first home. We were in a tricky situation where we wanted to purchase a home out of state contingent on the sale of our home in California, so you can imagine how stressful that would be. Upon our first meeting with Josh, he came to our home with a customized sellers packet for us. It included a list of comps in our neighborhood, a breakdown of numbers and fees we were looking at and his game plan for listing our home. He came very prepared and left almost no questions for us to ask since he provided everything to us up front. We ended up listing our house with him the next week and received an offer within 2 days, which we accepted. At that time, we put an offer on a home out of state. Josh was extremely communicative with myself, my husband and our realtor in Arizona. It really helped us that he was so communicative with our realtor so we didn’t have to be the middle man. He did so much behind the scenes to ensure our transaction went smoothly which freed up so much stress for us. From the time we listed to the time we closed was about 40 or so days, so it was a very fast process. We were still living in our home during escrow while both my husband and I work from home, 2 young kids in both school and competitive sports, 2 dogs, a cat and a bunny so we had a lot on our plates during this time. He was able to schedule every contractor the buyers hired to come in when it was convenient for us since we were both working from home, but also in a timely fashion to make sure the escrow stayed on track with deadlines. We closed escrow at the end of March and could not be happier with the service Josh provided to us. One thing I was really concerned about was possibly finding out about any hidden fees at the close of escrow. His numbers he provided to us during our first meeting were EXACT, which honestly was kind of shocking and a huge relief because I feel like fees pop up out of nowhere sometimes. We are so, so happy that our friends referred Josh to us. He helped us not only sell the first home we’ve ever purchased but also assisted in us buying our dream home out of state.
