Lauren is the best! I used her over 9 years ago to buy my condo, and then again end of last year and beginning of this year to buy a house and sell the condo. It is a crazy market right now, but Lauren helped us navigate it every step of the way. She is honest, helpful, and super responsive. She double checks all documents, points out things I would have missed, answered all of my questions and was a true advocate for me both as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer I truly believed she was part of the reason our offer was chosen over others, as she is well known, organized and knowledgeable. As a seller she pointed out things to get my place ready to sell, got us multiple offers and we were in escrow by the end of the weekend.
